As a boy Josh was a National Dance Institute (N.D.I) SWAT team dancer in the Emmy Award Winning documentary He Makes Me Feel Like Dancin'. Fifteen years later, he appeared as himself again in the follow up documentary Who's Dancin' Now? this time as an actor and fight choreographer.

Josh was born and raised in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. He spent his early summer years surfing and fishing on the shores of Montauk, Long Island. Love for the Atlantic Ocean kept him on the East Coast where he graduated from the University of Rhode Island majoring in Political Science and minoring in Theater. In his senior year at URI, Josh became a SAFD certified Stage Combatant. He recalls the training as very difficult and needing to rely on what he learned from Jaques D'Amboise and the N.D.I many years earlier. After college Josh traveled the United States touring with a theater company and eventually landed in Los Angeles, CA. where he works steadily in film, television and theater.

Josh is currently enjoying his twelfth year on tour with the One-Man show Voyage of Odysseus of which he is both writer and performer. Josh is allied with the non-profit organization for children, Enrichment Works which has brought over 7000 interactive shows like his to more than half a million students in the greater Los Angeles area.

Josh's heart remains in New York and all New York sports. He considers himself one of the biggest Yankees fans on the planet.
